Preparation:
You will need: 1/2 cup water, 2 eggs.
1. Preparation - Place the contents of the bag in a medium bowl, add the water (1/2 cup) and 2 eggs. 2. Mixing - Mix well until all the liquid is absorbed by the dough. Continue to work the dough until it becomes smooth and homogeneous.
3. Modeling - Make small balls and place them in a tray leaving space between them so they don't stick together as they grow.
4. Cooking - Place the tray in a preheated oven (350 degrees F) for about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Important: If you work the dough longer, the bread will rise better; If you prefer, you can use a planetary mixer. Put the dough in it and start at the lowest speed. Increase the speed when the liquid is absorbed. The total mixing time should be approx. 4 minutes; This product cannot be baked in a microwave oven.
