Colombian Toasted Bread 110g

The toasted bread ("tostado" in Spanish) from Castipan is the Colombian equivalent of German rusk. It is very crispy, with a delicious buttery taste and is sometimes dipped in hot drinks such as coffee or cocoa as desired. Tostadas are usually eaten for breakfast in Colombia. They also taste great as a snack between meals, in the packed lunch for school or at any time of the day.
