Kimilho Flocão are Brazilian special cornflakes WITHOUT SALT for couscous.

Coarse corn flakes from Brazil, which are particularly suitable for the production of Cuscuz Nordestino. Cuscuz Nordestino is mainly cooked in northern Brazil and has its origins in North African cuisine (couscous). Couscous is not boiled for cooking, but steamed over boiling water or a hot plate in a special pot (cuscuzeira). Couscous is the main ingredient or side dish in numerous dishes with different types of vegetables and in many cases with meat. Cornflakes are also suitable for making corn pies and desserts, for example with milk, raisins or almonds.
