Tasting Notes.- Clear, bright and crystalline colorless. Very complex with aroma of fresh fruits, delicate citrus fruits accompanied by white flowers characteristic of Italy, and in the background the pepper and green apple, almonds and raisins appear, a typical description of the Quebranta grape that gives it the alcoholic character and balance between the broken and italy. Creamy sweet entry, manifests light citrus, peach and fresh grass flavors. Slightly alcoholic, characteristic of a good versatile acholado to be taken alone or in mixtures. A warm finish in the mouth, recommended to start a winter morning.
