About Mollar Grape.
The Negramoll defined as the dark skinned grape of Iberia's Atlantic island, as the text says, is originally from the Canary Islands (Spain) and Madeira (Portugal) and would be given the name MOLLAR derived from the Latin mollis which means gentle. It is known that they came to America brought by the Spanish colonists, where they began to make wine and obviously distill their juices to later obtain grape brandy that years later we would rename it PISCO.
Tasting notes: Little aromatic variety. Resplendent in appearance, brilliant and crystalline like a diamond. We can perceive friendly and pleasant aromas with faint aromas of hay, fruits and chocolates, well structured. When tasting it, we can feel a superb, elegant and very sophisticated flavor. Soft, with a lot of nasal challenge and an endless mouth finish.
100% mollar grape.
