Ideal for enchiladas, tacos flautas and quesadillas.

Nixtamalized corn flour is used in the production of these tortillas and not conventional corn flour. For Nixtamal, maize is boiled in lime in water, uncovered and then ground. This is a very old process among the people of Mesoamerica and gives corn, and therefore also tortillas, a special taste.

Heat it up in the pan without oil for 1 minute each side.

Vacuum packed, please use within 4-5 days after opening. Also suitable for freezing.
