Guajillo Chilies 100g

Guajillo chili is very popular in Mexican cuisine. It is obtained by drying mirasol pepper (Capsicum annuum). It is mainly used ground in sauces, marinades, adobos and stews.

Guajillo chili has a reddish brown color, quite dark and a thin, smooth and shiny skin. As for its taste, it is generally defined as sweet and somewhat fruity.
