TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE  

The following terms of sale and delivery apply to all deliveries from Taste of Latin America ApS. The terms apply in cases where no other written agreements have been made between you as the buyer and Taste of Latin America.

DOCUMENTATION AND INSTRUCTIONS

If there are product descriptions and user guides for the goods, these are included with the delivery from Taste of Latin America ApS.
If you want further information or advice from Taste of Latin America, this is of a guiding nature. Taste of Latin America ApS guarantees that the goods comply with applicable legislation and labelling requirements. In order to purchase alcohol, you must be 18 years of age.

The business understands and respects the importance of privacy on the internet. The business will not disclose information about customers/users to a third party unless it is necessary to implement a transaction. The business will not sell information about your name, address, email address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission.

If all items are in stock, the order will typically be shipped the next business day. Delivery of goods from Taste of Latin America ApS is considered to have taken place when the consumer has received the goods.

BTB orders are delivered within a maximum of 10 business days (after checking payment for the order), if the goods are not in stock.

The actual transport of goods is carried out with GLS, Danske Fragtmænd, Schenker or PJ Distribution - this typically takes 1-2 business days within Denmark. Abroad, it is carried out with Schenker or UPS and the transport of goods naturally takes longer.

THE RISK OF THE GOODS

The risk for goods purchased from Taste of Latinamerica ApS passes to you as a consumer at the time of delivery.

COMPLAINT 

Any errors or deficiencies in delivery from Taste of America ApS must be claimed within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error. It is your duty to indicate and, upon request, show how the error or defect manifests itself. If you discover an error, you must contact us promptly.

As a general rule, you can only complain about errors that appear no later than two years after you have received the goods. For goods with a limited shelf life, your right to complain is limited to the shelf life that Taste of Peru has given you.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

Taste of Latin America ApS accepts payment by Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, Visa/Dankort, Maestro and MasterCard, MobilePay or Bank transfer.

The amount is withdrawn when the goods are shipped. All prices in Taste of Latin America's webshop are in Danish kroner (DKK), including 25% VAT and excluding shipping. Our shipping prices are as follows:

• The shipping price is DKK 50 for orders up to 15 kg with delivery to the nearest GLS parcel shop according to the address you provide to us in your order.

• For orders over 15kg, the system will automatically calculate double the shipping cost, i.e. 100 kr, as your order will be sent in 2 separate packages, with delivery to the nearest parcel shop according to the address you provide to us in your order. 

• For orders with delivery to a private address, the price is 80 kr for orders up to 15 kg.

• For orders with delivery to a business address, the price is 65 kr for orders up to 20 kg.

• For orders that need to be delivered with a pallet, please contact us so that we can find the best solution for you. 

• For orders outside of Denmark, we will ship your orders with UPS, and the prices are as follows:

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

Taste of Latin America ApS provides a 14-day right of cancellation, effective from the day you receive your goods.
You are obliged to return the goods in substantially the same condition and quantity as received. You must bear the costs associated with returning the goods.
