Ingredients:
- 500 g raw cassava flour,
- 2 tablespoons butter,
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 grated carrot,
- 1/2 cup raisins,
- 1/2 cup almonds,
- 1/2 cup peas,
- 1/2 cup corn,
- parsley for garnish.
Preparation: Melt the butter in a pan and add the chopped onion with carrot and cassava flour. Cook for 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley.
